Leveraging evidence-based research and best practices, these resources support the transition from novice to confident, independent contributors.

Assess your personal skills and interests to see how they could propel you into an exciting career in the energy industry. Participants will get to explore multiple worksites with our virtual reality headsets. This hands-on workshop will allow you to explore Canada’s energy sector.

Data to Action Workshop: Energy Workforce Insights

Futures is Ontario’s annual workforce development conference for employment service providers, employers, industry partners and government, hosted by the team at First Work. Bringing together 500 professionals from across the workforce development sector, the conference will explore forward-thinking approaches, innovation and adaptability in response to the evolving needs of the workforce.
